Strategic HR Leader

Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives that drive employee retention, talent management, and growth.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in implementing organizational development and training programs, as well as an in-depth understanding of modern HR programs and initiatives. They will also possess knowledge of local labor laws and regulations and be familiar with HR information systems such as SAP Human Capital Management.

Above all, the ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can work closely with the sales management team to form and disseminate a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HR strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a robust company culture that aligns with the organization's vision and values.
  • Lead and mentor the existing HR team to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Ensure the reliable and timely delivery of HR services to internal customers.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
