
Administrative Support Specialist

This role requires an experienced professional to provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Sales.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. They will be proficient in MS Office and have knowledge of back-office software, with SAP experience being an added advantage.
- Maintain the Director's schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and other personal requirements for the Director.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Keep the Director informed about all relevant information and updates.
- Coordinate with various departments on behalf of the Director.
- Process approval requests and follow up on meeting minutes.
- Oversee information from multiple departments, including Marketing, Inventory, Product, IT, HR, Audit, Admin, Accounts, Design, Sales, and Quality Audit.
- Prepare weekly reports on corporate sales updates.
- Follow up on tasks and assignments from departments daily.
- Monitor and address sales and admin issues.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office and back-office software, with SAP experience an asset.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
Degree in business administration or related field.
