JOB SUMMARY

  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Oversee operational management systems, processes, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Examine financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase profitability.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to inform business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with specialization in Operations or Project Management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in the BPO/IT industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
