Marketing Director Role

We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead and scale our off-Amazon growth strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and can build and manage a high-performance team.

The successful candidate will own and lead the overall multi-channel marketing strategy across DTC websites, social platforms, email, influencers, and new marketplaces. They will set goals, KPIs, and reporting structures for each marketing function and hold channel owners accountable.

Growth Strategy Responsibilities
  • Owning and leading the overall multi-channel marketing strategy
  • Setting goals, KPIs, and reporting structures for each marketing function
DTC Website Optimization
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive qualified traffic and increase conversion rates
  • Leading the CRO strategy including landing page optimization, split testing, and site merchandising
Email Marketing and CRM
  • Own the email marketing and SMS strategy, including campaign planning, automation flows, and list segmentation
  • Driving customer LTV through loyalty initiatives, win-back campaigns, and first-purchase to repeat-purchase conversion strategies
Paid Media and Influencer Growth
  • Overseeing paid advertising strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid channels
  • Building and scaling influencer and affiliate programs that deliver real performance
Analytics and Reporting
  • Defining key marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences
  • Using data to identify scalable growth opportunities and adjust budget allocation accordingly
Team Management and Hiring
  • Leading and mentoring a growing team of channel specialists, content creators, and media buyers
  • Cross-functionally collaborating with the Amazon and product teams
