We're on the hunt for a seasoned professional to spearhead our lead generation efforts. As a Senior Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing personalized outreach campaigns that drive meaningful connections with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Email Marketing Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture high-quality leads.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Develop and run targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns leveraging data-driven strategies and smart automation tools like Apollo.io and Instantly.io.
- Lead Sourcing and Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to manage lead sourcing, outreach, and performance tracking.
- Segmentation and List Management: Build and segment email lists and manage LinkedIn connections to align with targeting goals.
- Market Research and Content-Driven Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities through content-driven prospecting.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, content, design) to ensure messaging alignment across email and LinkedIn channels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor campaign KPIs and adjust strategies based on data and feedback to optimize results.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in LinkedIn algorithms, GDPR/email compliance, and B2B lead gen tactics.
