Training and Enablement Specialist">

Our company is seeking a skilled Training and Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in sales, customer service, and other areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting needs assessments to identify training requirements
  • Developing and delivering approved curriculum and learning materials
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create enablement resources and aids
  • Organizing and updating training content and materials for storage and access
  • Providing structured learning experiences and monitoring the quality and results of training sessions
  • Acclimating new hires to the business through orientation, training, coaching, and reporting
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and reporting progress on employee development

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (preferred)
  2. At least 1 year of sales experience
  3. At least 1 year of training and/or enablement experience, particularly for sales
  4. Industry experience and familiarity with traditional training methods and tools
