Job Title: Top Sales Performer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a top sales performer.
Sales Performance:We require an individual who can consistently meet or exceed sales targets, while also identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in the sales process.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, are driven to achieve results, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales process from initial contact to close.
- Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to senior management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently demonstrating ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, with a strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
