Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

The role of a Digital Marketing Strategist is crucial in driving business growth through the effective management of digital marketing operations. This position involves developing and implementing data-driven strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring maximum ROI.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SMM, email marketing, and paid media channels.
  • Lead SEO strategy planning, including regular performance reviews and actionable insights to inform future decisions.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts, creating engaging content and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, leveraging automation tools to streamline processes.
  • Oversee and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive digital marketing initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals.
  2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  3. Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within eCommerce or IT services.
  • Proven expertise in SEO tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong leadership capabilities.
