Job Opportunity: Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage our social media presence and develop effective marketing strategies across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and implementing successful social media campaigns, with expertise in creating engaging content and analyzing metrics to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance our social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to increase reach and engagement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing social media campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in social media marketing, with measurable results and achievements.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and reporting tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, both written and spoken.
