  • You will create and implement strategies to grow follower audience, generate website traffic and leads for prospect database.
  • You will create resources for the marketing team to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
  • You will blog, and we mean a lot You'll blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote Ventures and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
  • You will be the point person to grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that's aligned with their needs and interests.

  • You'll also collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.

Job Specification
  • About You:
    • You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
    • You have 3-5 years of content marketing experience and you consider yourself pretty darn great at it
    • Your past experience includes producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.).
    • You also have experience building audiences either online or offline.
    • You take dual-minded approach to your craft: You're highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
    • You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign), HTML and Wordpress (or another CMS).
    • You have solid understanding of basic online marketing funnel and how channels work together including Search, SEO, Social, Mobile, Lead Gen and Content Marketing.
    • Finally, you are a self-starter with ability to hit deadlines, work independently, multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
