Senior Data Analyst Position

This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative data solutions for our R&D laboratories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, data scientists, and IT professionals, to design and implement efficient end-to-end data workflows that support pharmaceutical and vaccine research.

  • Design and develop advanced data workflows to streamline processes and enhance data flows within our R&D environment.

  • Capture, transform, and analyze complex R&D data to inform product strategy and decisions.

  • Provide ongoing operational support to ensure user success of developed solutions.

  • Conduct thorough analyses and document findings to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop meaningful and reusable data components that can be applied across different projects and datasets.

  • Enable seamless data integration, interoperability, and discoverability through the application of FAIR principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Biosciences or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in scientific IT solutions, with demonstrated expertise in Activity Base, Genedata, etc.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Understanding of database systems, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.

  • Ability to grasp new technological and scientific concepts quickly.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
