Job Description

The Export Manager role involves overseeing the growth of international pharmaceutical sales through established and new distributor partnerships. This individual will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinate export documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely and compliant export operations.

This role requires strong knowledge of international pharmaceutical trade, including DRAP, GMP/WHO, and MOH registration systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with knowledge of Arabic or French being a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow international pharmaceutical sales through existing and new distributor partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with DRAP export requirements, GMP/WHO standards, and Ministry of Health (MOH) registration processes in target countries.
  • Coordinate export documentation, product registration, shipping logistics, and regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory affairs, production, QA/QC, logistics) to ensure timely and compliant export operations.
  • Develop and implement market entry strategies for new regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor and analyze export trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports
  • Strong knowledge of international pharmaceutical trade, including DRAP, GMP/WHO, and MOH registration systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus
  • Able to work independently and manage distributors across diverse cultural backgrounds
