We are looking for ambitious and driven fresh graduates to join our sales team as Sales Associates. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and SaaS products, and are looking to kick-start their career in sales, customer engagement, and business growth.
As a Sales Associate, you will be trained and exposed to core sales functions including lead generation, email marketing, cold calling, and customer success. You'll work closely with our sales and product teams to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that add value.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of SaaS products to prospective customers.
- Support in creating and executing email marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Conduct product demos and engage in client discussions under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of clients.
- Continuously learn about industry trends and product updates to stay informed and effective.
Requirements
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in SaaS products and technology-driven solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques (cold calling, lead generation, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and email platforms.
- Internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Exposure to email marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist).
- Hands-on sales training and mentorship.
- Growth opportunities within the sales or customer success teams.
- Exposure to real SaaS sales cycles and global clients.
