Academic Medicine Position

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our academic team as an Anesthesia Instructor.

Job Description:
  • Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and clinical training to medical students, focusing on developing their practical skills and emergency management abilities.
  • Facilitate postgraduate trainees in clinical presentations, case-based teaching, and journal club activities to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department to organize conferences and research initiatives that promote academic excellence and innovation.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by publishing departmental research findings and staying updated on the latest developments in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver engaging curricula, incorporating real-world examples and hands-on training to equip students with practical skills.
  2. Assist in conducting examinations and provide specialist advice on patient care, ensuring quality health services and patient satisfaction.
  3. Supervise and train staff, maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain close liaison with hospital administration to address operational issues and ensure effective ward management.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
