Key Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the team to define and execute sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Create engaging marketing materials for social media handles.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the US market.
- Strong expertise with freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and account management.
- Experience in creating and managing social media content and marketing materials.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
