Associate Financial Specialist

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our financial department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting software and principles, as well as strong communication skills.

  • Accounting software proficiency (QuickBooks, Xero)

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity

  2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets

  3. Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

  4. Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll

  5. Develop financial models and forecasts

  6. Execute accounting policies and procedures for compliance

  7. Participate in strategic financial planning

  8. Identify process improvements and recommend strategies

  9. Process payroll end-to-end on a weekly or bi-weekly basis

  10. Ensure accuracy of payroll data and administer taxes and filings

  11. Resolve employee payroll queries

  12. Maintain payroll records and documentation

  13. Assist with audits and reporting

  14. Stay informed on legislative changes affecting payroll

  15. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance

Note:

This role requires shift timings from 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM. We value professionalism, teamwork, and adaptability.
