We are looking for an Associate - Payroll & Accounts to join our financial department. The duties will include:

  1. Compiling and reviewing financial information
  2. Preparing financial paperwork
  3. Assisting with payroll processing
  4. Maintaining records

The individual should be familiar with popular accounting software programs and have a firm grasp of basic accounting principles and practices. A top-notch Associate - Accounts should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain good client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Reconciling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
  • Developing financial models and forecasts
  • Executing accounting policies and procedures for compliance
  • Participating in strategic financial planning
  • Identifying process improvements and recommending strategies
  • Processing payroll end-to-end on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis
  • Ensuring accuracy of payroll data and administering taxes and filings
  • Resolving employee payroll queries
  • Maintaining payroll records and documentation
  • Assisting with audits and reporting
  • Staying informed on legislative changes affecting payroll
  • Analyzing financial data and providing insights to management

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks & Xero
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Minimum 1 year of experience

This is an onsite role with shift timings from 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
