As a key driver of revenue growth, you will be responsible for onboarding new drivers and acquiring clients in the Lahore region. Building long-term partnerships with driver-partners or owner-partners is crucial to your success.

With a proven track record of business development and strong existing client relationships, you will be able to drive sales and retention efforts forward. Understanding of transport app services like Uber, Careem, and Limofied is essential, as well as extensive sales experience in comparable industries.

Key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA are also important considerations. Excellent English communication skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in Urdu.

Job Specification

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing in-person support to drivers at our office in Lahore;
  • Contacting car owners to explain benefits and onboard them;
  • Training drivers/partners to use the app;
  • Explaining Limofied policies and procedures;
  • Collaborating with management to improve processes;
  • Communicating effectively in English/Urdu.

We are looking for a self-motivated and quick learner who can problem-solve and adapt to changing situations. Sales and customer service experience is essential, as well as effective communication and account management skills.

Location: Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan.
