Job Title: Business Finance Associate

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Finance Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support
  • Attend and support in-person and online meetings to ensure effective communication with clients. This includes ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct research on ERP functionalities and business solutions to provide expert advice to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations, reports, and proposals to present complex financial information in an easily digestible format.
  • Occasionally assist in design and digital tasks to enhance the company's visual identity and brand recognition.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Work on ERP system setup, data management, and client support to ensure seamless operations and efficient data flow.
  • Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Help with internal projects, SOPs, and coordination to improve overall efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate directly with senior finance professionals to gain valuable insights into business strategy and finance.
  • Gain multi-disciplinary exposure to finance, ERP, and digital business to develop a unique skillset and expertise.
  • Interact with clients across various regions to expand professional networks and build strong relationships.
  • Cultivate career growth into managerial and leadership roles through hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals.
