We are looking for a
Finance Manager
to join our team in Lahore. This role requires strategic financial leadership, donor and grant compliance, and the ability to support organizational growth through robust financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls for transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with donor, grant, and audit requirements; maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
  • Manage the organizational budget and provide financial insights to the Board.
  • Oversee and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Establish and implement PMO frameworks, tools, and reporting for effective project management.
  • Provide strategic oversight of donor-funded projects, including fundraising and donor engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CA, CFA) preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressive financial management experience; donor-funded/non-profit exposure is a strong plus.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ethical standards, strategic mindset, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience working with international grant partners and donor organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards.
