Design Visionary Job Description

In this role, you'll collaborate with experts in content, paid media, email, and video. Your designs will bring ideas to life through captivating ads, seamless landing pages, and engaging social posts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate campaign concepts into compelling visual narratives
  • Design pages using reusable layouts and tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, Instapage, and HubSpot
  • Create social ad designs for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn (static and animated)
  • Develop design systems, templates, and reusable assets
  • Support social content and campaigns
  • Maintain internal decks and graphics
  • Work with developers and marketing teams to improve processes

Required Skills:

  • Strong Figma skills—layouts, components, variants, libraries
  • 3–5 years of experience in creative or marketing design
  • A portfolio showcasing effective ads and pages
  • Understanding of design conversion principles
  • Creative eye and attention to detail
  • Experience with design tools like Framer, Webflow, Instapage, or HubSpot CMS

Bonus Skills:

  • Basic HTML/CSS
  • Motion design skills (Canva/After Effects)
