We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced faculty member to join our Institute of Art and Design. The successful candidate will specialize in Miniature Painting and play a key role in shaping the artistic vision of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures and workshops on Miniature Painting techniques and theories, utilizing best practices in art education.
• Provide individualized guidance and feedback to students to ensure their artistic growth, fostering creativity and self-expression.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion, allowing students to thrive.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Fine Arts or a related field with specialization in Miniature Painting, showcasing expertise in the field.
• Proven teaching experience in art education, preferably at the university level, demonstrating ability to adapt to diverse student populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in Fine Arts or a related field, further enhancing expertise in Miniature Painting.
• A publication record in reputable art journals or exhibitions, showcasing scholarly contributions to the field.
• Experience working with diverse student populations and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
