National Management Leadership Position

We are seeking a driven and dedicated individual to fill the position of National Manager at our company.
Responsibilities:- Organize the corporate structure, including hiring Regional Supervisors and recruiting, training, and testing them.
- Constantly monitor and test the management structure to ensure its effectiveness.
- Plan and execute trainings and meetings with supervisors and agents.
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly conventions with the agents and management structure.
Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field is desired, while Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience is required. Sales experience, preferably in Telecommunications industry, is essential, along with 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary, as well as proficiency in English. Additionally, computer and internet literacy, technical savvy, and excellent planning, development, and organizational skills are required.
