Educational Services Manager - Digital Learning Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Educational Services Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of our digital learning platforms, ensuring seamless operation, accessibility, and a user-friendly experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Learning Platform Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital learning platforms, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Learning Resource Management: Ensure that digital learning resources are systematically organized, regularly updated, and fully compliant with organizational standards, user policies, and data security regulations.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Track system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and collaborate with vendors for regular maintenance and timely enhancements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage digital learning-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Team Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of digital learning specialists.
  • Staff Training: Ensure staff training on digital learning functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting to maximize efficiency and user engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor digital learning usage and assess its effectiveness, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Information Technology / Business Administration / Project Management from a recognized university/institute.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital learning solutions, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Skills: Proficient in digital learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas or similar), course structuring, content management, user support, and collaboration with internal teams and IT.
