Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Professional to lead our company's digital marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably from a tech company operating in Supply Chain, Logistics, Ride-hailing, E-Commerce/Marketplace, or Professional Services.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to optimize acquisition and retention performance.
  • Analyze digital marketing funnels to identify drop-off points and improve overall performance.
  • Create a marketing communications calendar for seamless execution and transparency.
  • Collaborate with agencies to produce high-quality content, including video, GIFs, and close-up shots.
  • Coordinate with agencies to deliver content on time for digital campaigns.
  • Generate reports on digital marketing performance across multiple channels.
  • Inform future campaign planning using report insights.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Reduce cost per acquired customer.
  • Achieve retention rates of 65% or higher.
  • Improve campaign performance and content quality, measured by rising engagement levels.
  • Promote agency excellence through collaborative efforts.
  • Share clear reports on campaign performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements for Success:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Online courses or certifications in Digital Marketing and SEO are desirable.
  • Previous experience working at a fast-growing startup is preferred.
