Senior Enterprise Identity & Access Management Engineer

  • Design and implement enterprise IAM services, such as Okta, SailPoint, Thycotic, and CyberArk.
  • Onboard applications into these systems and drive innovation in a dynamic environment.

This role requires collaboration with Infrastructure, IT, Compliance, and Legal teams to build secure IAM systems.

The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., SSO, OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect).

Job Description

A senior-level position that involves designing and implementing enterprise IAM services to support growth and ensure security. Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading the design and implementation of IAM systems for seamless user experience and security.
  • Maintaining and supporting world-class enterprise IAM infrastructure.
  • Providing technical guidance and expertise to address business and user experience challenges through technology.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and best practices.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our identity architecture and strategic decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess:

  • At least 6 years of experience in enterprise IAM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of IAM controls for regulations like SOx and GDPR.
  • Experience with cloud IAM systems and ability to shape IAM strategy and roadmap.

You will also need to be proficient with automation tools and scripting, such as Python and Git, and have experience managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
