We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Identity & Access Management Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced IAM professional to contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise identity and access management services. You will work closely with our infrastructure, IT, compliance, and legal teams to build secure and robust systems.

  • You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and modernizing our identity and access management systems to ensure they provide a world-class experience for our colleagues and remain secure and compliant.
  • You will solve business and colleague experience problems through judicious use of technology.
  • You will assist in driving the identity architecture and strategic decisions as we continue to grow and mature.
  • You will communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of authentication concepts and implementation details (e.g., SSO, OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect).
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise/corporate identity and access management systems.
  • At least 6 years of experience in designing and implementing IAM systems using vendor products (Okta, Sailpoint).
  • Experience in implementing IAM controls needed by regulations like SOx, GDPR etc.
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud IAM systems like AWS Directory and identity and access management systems.
