Business Development and Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Growth Strategist with expertise in software sales to drive growth and expansion.

This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and navigating the customer lifecycle. Knowledge of sales tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Drive software sales by identifying and closing deals with prospective clients.
    • Exceed revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies and account management.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Leverage CRM tools to identify and qualify leads.
    • Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach.
    • Utilize market research to discover new opportunities.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from engagement and onboarding to retention and upselling.
    • Maintain regular communication and resolve issues promptly.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
