Job Description

To excel in this role, you will be assisting the Director of Marketing & Production in making strategic decisions regarding commercial processing policies and preparing proposals for review.

You will discuss fabric finishing matters with finishers, contact them via various channels to address daily concerns, and receive orders from the marketing department. Your responsibilities will include calculating costs and forwarding these orders to processing units, as well as coordinating with the accounts department for payment execution and invoice coordination related to finishing activities.

Your tasks will involve following up on orders placed with different finishers, addressing quality-related issues reported by the marketing department, and assessing and analyzing complaints to suggest remedial actions. Additionally, you will report market conditions affecting finishing activities and processing charges to the Director, ensuring production aligns with market needs.

You will arrange product delivery to customers, coordinate with the export department for export shipments, and handle marketing department complaints and feedback. This involves investigating issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions for unsatisfactory matters, and working on increasing the product quality index. Finally, you will assign tasks to subordinates and monitor their work while exploring new finishing units to enhance product quality and achieve customer satisfaction.
