1. To assist the Director of Marketing & Production in making decisions regarding commercial processing policies and in preparing proposals for the Director's consideration.
2. To discuss fabric finishing matters with finishers.
3. To contact finishers via telephone, email, fax, etc., to discuss daily matters.
4. To receive finishing orders from the marketing department, calculate their costs, and forward these orders to processing units.
5. To coordinate with the accounts department for the execution of payments and invoices related to finishing.
6. To coordinate with finishing personnel to follow up on orders placed with different finishers.
7. To address all problems reported by the marketing department regarding finishing quality, taking action within authority or referring them to the appropriate authority with recommendations.
8. To assess and analyze quality complaints and suggest remedial actions.
9. To report market conditions affecting finishing activities and processing charges to the Director.
10. To coordinate with the marketing department to ensure production aligns with market needs.
11. To arrange for product delivery to customers.
12. To coordinate with the export department to arrange for export shipments.
13. To handle marketing department complaints and feedback, investigate issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions for unsatisfactory matters.
14. To work on increasing the product quality index.
15. To assign tasks to subordinates and monitor their work.
16. To explore new finishing units to enhance product quality and achieve customer satisfaction.
