Technical Leadership Role

We seek a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to design and implement seamless integrations using an AI-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-performance, scalable integration architectures with customers.
  • Guide customers on API best practices, data flow architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Build proof-of-concept (PoC) integrations demonstrating the capabilities of the AI-powered platform.
  • Design solutions handling millions of transactions per second/minute with sub-millisecond latency.
  • Assist customers in leveraging APIs, AI-powered automation, and smart connectivity features.
  • Implement security best practices for APIs, authentication (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Educate customers, partners, and internal teams on best practices for using the integration platform effectively.
  • Mentor junior solution engineers and contribute to documentation and technical leadership.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration.
  • Strong background in API architecture, RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with backend development in Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
  • Knowledge of API authentication, security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Experience designing solutions that handle high-scale, low-latency transactions.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Workato, Tray.io, etc.) and automation workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
