Digital Marketing Specialist: Scaling Google Ads Campaigns

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to help scale our digital campaigns. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, strong analytical skills, and experience working with tracking tools and call tracking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube (as needed).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, develop high-performing ad copy, and run A/B tests.
  • Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and phone tracking platforms such as CallRail, WhatConverts, or similar.
  • Build and manage proper UTM links to accurately track campaign performance and traffic sources.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.
  • Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay current with Google Ads trends, policy changes, and new platform features.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • A Google Search Ads Certification is required.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, GTM, and phone tracking tools.
  • A strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
