We are seeking an experienced consultant for a one-month engagement to support the deployment, configuration, and end-user training of SAP Business One.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deployment and Configuration:
    • Lead the deployment of SAP Business One, including installation, configuration, and system setup.
    • Customize SAP Business One to align with business processes and requirements.
    • Perform data migration from legacy systems to SAP Business One, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Integrate SAP Business One with other systems as needed.
  2. Training and Knowledge Transfer:
    • Conduct end-user training sessions on SAP Business One functionalities, modules, and processes.
    • Develop training materials and user manuals for future reference.
    • Provide hands-on support to users during the initial phase of system adoption.
  3. Troubleshooting and Support:
    • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges during the deployment phase.
    • Provide post-deployment support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
  4. Project Management:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.
    • Ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Technical Expertise:
    • Proven experience in SAP Business One deployment, configuration, and customization.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP Business One modules.
    • Experience with data migration and system integration.
    • Familiarity with SQL and SAP Business One add-ons is a plus.
  2. Training and Communication:
    • Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Project Management:
    • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver results within tight deadlines.
    • Experience working in short-term, fast-paced projects.
  4. Certifications (Preferred):
    • SAP Business One Certification or relevant SAP certifications.
