Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date production records on a daily basis for ampoules and eye drops manufacturing and filling.
  • Implement measures to improve machine efficiency and maintain data of toolkit.
  • Ensure all production floors KPIs are being maintained and met.
  • Implement cost-efficient ways and minimize changeovers.
  • Identify, suggest, and implement Operational Excellence (OE) projects after approval from management.
  • Maintain complete records of respective machines.
  • Ensure Data Integrity compliance and improve DI control at ampoules and eye drops manufacturing and filling.
  • Ensure timely completion of End-to-End production SAP transactions for ampoules and eye drops packaging operations.
