Operations & Website Coordination Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring an Operations & Website Coordination Executive to manage the regular in-out movement of products, streamline delivery operations, communicate with customers, and keep our website up to date. This role is key to ensuring smooth operational flow and a consistent digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily in-out operations of consoles, games, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team for timely pickups, deliveries, and returns.
  • Regularly update website content – product availability, order tracking, and promotions.
  • Ensure website banners, offers, and service details reflect current operations and campaigns.
  • Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, calls, and email for order updates and support.
  • Collaborate with inventory and repair teams to keep product statuses and availability accurate.
  • Maintain operational logs and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to manage coordination between teams and customers.
  • Familiarity with basic website CMS (content updates; no coding needed).
  • Multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in operations or customer coordination is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM
