Job Opportunity: Fundraising Expert

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to lead our fundraising efforts.

  • Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure sponsors for events, training programs, and competitions.
  • Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of supporting lacrosse in Pakistan.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with event organizers and other stakeholders to ensure that sponsor needs and expectations are met during events.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, or sales, preferably within the sports industry or non-profit sector. A strong network of contacts within the corporate sector, philanthropic organizations, or relevant industries is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Network Building: Establish and grow a network of potential sponsors, partners, and donors within Pakistan and internationally.
  2. Compliance: Ensure that all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, or sales.
  • A strong network of contacts within the corporate sector, philanthropic organizations, or relevant industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations.

This is a percentage-based position. The Fundraising Manager will earn a commission based on a percentage of the total funds raised.
