Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Development Manager to lead our team and spearhead various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with experience in product development life cycles, quality assurance, and system documentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for close co-ordination with the architecture team, breaking down tasks into manageable chunks, and assigning them to team members based on their skill sets. They will also be responsible for monitoring progress, reporting back to stakeholders, documenting activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed within specified deadlines.

Additional responsibilities include understanding business models, identifying constraints, and proactively managing teams to achieve goals. Strong communication and management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate with the architecture team to develop and implement project plans.
  • Break down complex tasks into smaller, manageable components.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on their skill sets and work styles.
  • Monitor progress and report back to stakeholders.
  • Document all activities and decisions made during the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with team members to identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of IT project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in product development life cycles, quality assurance, and system documentation.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Firm knowledge of .NET technologies, web application development, and infrastructure management.
  • Ability to understand business models and identify constraints.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, requiring extensive work using a computer. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to respond to the needs of our systems. Traveling abroad may be necessary for assigned projects.
