Job Overview:

This role oversees complex investigations across multiple business segments, utilizing internal and external resources as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop investigative theories and apply specialized techniques to gather, evaluate evidence, and analyze findings.
  2. Conduct and supervise interviews with witnesses and present findings to business units and law enforcement agencies.
  3. Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to business processes.
  4. Prepare reports and compile evidence to meet legal and regulatory standards for presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Urdu, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in conducting judicial investigations, with a strong ability to handle complex cases independently.
  • Knowledge of criminal law, civil law, and corporate law; experience in coordinating legal resources.
  • Background in law enforcement, legal departments, regulatory bodies, or similar organizations; multinational or overseas compliance experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects effectively, with flexibility to adapt to changing workflows.
  • Ability to prepare cases and collaborate with law enforcement on investigations, prosecution, and restitution while maintaining confidentiality.
