Job Responsibilities
  1. Taking calls with integrity and as per defined process, SOPs.
  2. Responsible for providing good service on calls, maintaining respect and required on-call customer handling ethics.
  3. Provide correct and precise information to customer inquiries regarding banking products offered by Faysal Bank.
  4. Responsible for taking accurate financial transactions, ensuring customer and bank's interest.
  5. Respond to inquiries and emergencies, investigate complaints, and provide customers with resolutions given by the relevant complaint handling unit / Business.
  6. Perform account maintenance and activations with due diligence and vigilance.
  7. Provide strong follow-up against customer queries.
  8. Responsible for performance as per call center's defined criteria.
  9. Attend the weekly/monthly meetings and training sessions conducted by line manager/training team.
