Business Development Leader

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our real estate team in the capacity of Business Development Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate potential clients, investors, and partners in the real estate sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions to meet investment goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activity, and investment opportunities.
  • Provide insights to support strategic planning and product development.
  • Develop business development plans in alignment with company objectives.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for high-value projects.
  • Collaborate with brokers, agents, developers, and institutional investors.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. An MBA is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5–7 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Preferred skills include experience with CRM tools, familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations, and a network of contacts in the real estate, finance, and investment communities.
