Home Health Care Radiographer

We are seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our team. As a Radiographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients in their homes.
Your primary responsibility will be to perform radiology-related procedures and handle portable x-ray machines and other equipment. You will also be responsible for selecting the correct cassette (if using CR) and determining proper voltage, current, and exposure time for each radiograph.
Our ideal candidate will have an intermediate degree in Science, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or one-year Radiography certificate course from a recognized institute. They should also have at least two to three years of experience as a Radiographer or completed a traineeship in Radiography from a reputable hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform radiology-related procedures and handle portable x-ray machines and other equipment
- Select the correct cassette (if using CR) and determine proper voltage, current, and exposure time for each radiograph
- Process images and check their quality as required
- Ensure timely patient examination and image archiving
- Maintain equipment by cleaning and making minor adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
- Intermediate degree in Science, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or one-year Radiography certificate course from a recognized institute
- At least two to three years of experience as a Radiographer or completed a traineeship in Radiography from a reputable hospital
- Good interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
