We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our team at Flatgigs. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals
  2. Employee Onboarding: Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires
  3. Performance Appraisal: Manage employee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance management practices
  4. Training and Development: Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (HRIS)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
