Role Summary:
- This role encompasses cultivating strong relationships with existing and new clients to boost business growth and uncover new opportunities.
- Delve into the intricacies of customer needs, including project requirements identification, conducted in collaboration with the client and the project manager.
- Partner with clients to set realistic expectations early on, while being vigilant about potential issues that call for proactive communication to ensure timely delivery of suitable products and services.
- Bridge the gap between the client and the project manager, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.
- Undertake UAT for designated projects and provide comprehensive walkthroughs of the latest mobile app builds, features, and functionalities to assigned clients.
- Offer enhanced support to fortify client relationships and foster trust in our services.
- A superior client experience will amplify retention and unlock opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ultimately driving revenue growth.
- This position will play a pivotal role in instilling a client-centric mindset and contributing to long-term business growth and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in sales and crafting customized solutions based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate robust communication and interpersonal skills, along with a fervor for building relationships with professionals at diverse organizational levels.
- Display exceptional people management skills.
- Familiarity with the complete SDLC preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, sales, or a related field preferred.
Work Schedule: 8:30 pm to 5:30 am & 12 pm - 9 pm
