Job Title: Land Estate Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee land acquisition activities for pipeline projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, collecting necessary documents, and negotiating compensation amounts with landowners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Law graduate with at least 8 years of relevant experience and 03 years bar enrollment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and coordinate land acquisition activities in compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Collaborate with Planning and Development teams to obtain necessary documents.
  3. Collect and verify documentation required for land acquisition, including drawings and measurements.
  4. Participate in preliminary surveys and determine accurate damages to owners' properties.
  5. Negotiate compensation amounts with landowners and arrange payments through authorized channels.
  6. Issue notifications to land departments and ensure timely completion of legal formalities.
  7. Supervise land clearance and acquisition processes for transmission and distribution projects.
  8. Manage real estate documentation and processing requirements with government departments.
  9. Ensure safe storage of records and documents related to SSGC's owned properties.
  10. Participate in land purchases for establishing regional offices and administrative units.
  11. Verify notifications and resolve land-related issues during construction activities.
  12. Identify and assess risks under management and develop risk response strategies.
  13. Monitor risks and response strategies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting.
  14. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
