As a leader in the healthcare industry, Northwest General Hospital and Research Centre seeks an exceptional individual to fill the role of Hospital Director.

Job Description

The Hospital Director will oversee the administrative functions of the hospital, including finance, budgeting, ancillary services, building maintenance, human resources, procurement, and quality assurance/accreditation with regulatory bodies.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree in one of the following fields: Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Administration/Management, Public Health, or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized or reputable foreign institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management or director-level position in a hospital.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with FCPS/FRCS/FRCP/MRCP/MS/MD or a postgraduate clinical degree registered by the PM&DC.
Responsibilities

The Hospital Director will be responsible for:

  1. Managing administrative functions, including finance, budgeting, ancillary services, building maintenance, human resources, procurement, and quality assurance/accreditation with regulatory bodies.
