Sr Branch RE Manager

This role involves leading the retail environment strategy for the branch, collaborating closely with field teams to drive business growth, and working with Consumer Marketing to implement brand strategies in relevant states and retail environments.

  • We require an experienced professional to coordinate with RE managers, share geographic insights on GTM, and drive GTM strategy through field teams.
  • The ideal candidate will work with the Branch Finance Manager to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all spends related to trade and in-store promotions.
  • Market analysis and data points will be used to develop an optimum strategy for Colgate-Palmolive in each state, focusing on category growth and share growth.
  • Successful candidates will conceptualize in-market solutions to tap local business opportunities and collaborate with field teams for implementation.
  • Communication plans will be developed for field teams, REs, and key large customers.
  • The selected individual will execute RE-wise activations as planned.
  • Collaboration with Regional Managers will identify opportunities and action go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years of frontline sales, and a strong understanding of the specific geographic region or branch.
