The Senior Accountant role entails providing high-level financial management and accounting services. This includes organizing accounting records, evaluating and reconciling diverse financial operations, and maintaining relevant spreadsheets and online databases.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices and expense vouchers.
- Evaluate and reconcile financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Assist with tax returns and financial statement preparation.
- Manage budgets and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
- Maintain technical knowledge by researching accounting policies and regulations.
- Strong understanding of accounting systems and processes.
- Experience in bookkeeping and accounting property management.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible individual with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- CPA certification or equivalent required.
