We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our financial transactions, including payables and receivables. This role involves preparing financial bidding documentation for business growth, handling monthly and annual returns with accuracy, reconciling accounts payable and receivable promptly, auditing financial transactions and documentation thoroughly, and coordinating import-related procedures and documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain effective financial systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience handling freight forwarders and clearing agents for air and sea shipments.

Requirements

We require a candidate with a strong background in accounting and relevant software skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant.
  • Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks and others.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Hands-on experience with general ledger functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
