Hospital Executive

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining operational units that align with our corporate objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include planning, staffing, and supervising work unit activities, as well as providing support for multiple projects across different areas.

You will work closely with subordinate executives and managers, advising and developing them to achieve their full potential.

Maintaining a positive working relationship with staff and the community is essential, as is resolving operational issues and improving public relations.

Requirements
