Product Designer Lead

As a Product Designer, you will work within a cross-functional team consisting of UX, engineering, product and data professionals. Your primary goal will be to create intuitive interfaces that address business challenges for clients in the financial sector.
Main Responsibilities- You will be involved in every stage of the product design cycle, from discovery to user acceptance testing.
- You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and tech teams to lead the Product Design process.
- You will ensure that the quality of the design process is maintained and that designs accurately reflect specifications when translated into code.
Key Performance Indicators: Be able to effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders, maintain a high level of design quality, and adapt to changing project requirements.
